About us
Flexolan GmbH is a foam product manufacturer based in Ulm, Germany.
We supply customers with high-quality foam products, with an emphasis on acoustic foam products. We use suppliers based in Germany, have a dedicated team of staff who work in our administration, customer services, marketing, production and warehousing departments and live up to our values.

We at Flexolan GmbH actively strive to ensure our website panasorb.eu is accessible in conformity with the requirements of the German Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG).
Status of accessibility
To some extent, our website already complies with the accessibility requirements of the harmonised standards (specifically those of EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 AA). We continually work on improving accessibility and have already achieved significant progress.
The accessibility of our website is regularly reviewed and optimised. Particular attention is paid to the following aspects:
- Clarity: sufficient colour contrasts, alternative image captions
- Ease of use: key navigation, readily accessible forms
- Readability: clearly structured, simple language
- Robustness: compatibility with assistive technologies
Content that is not readily accessible
Parts of our website do not yet comply fully with accessibility requirements. This is the case for individual aspects of our website that still need to be optimised.
Colour contrasts
Certain text elements and buttons do not have the necessary minimum contrast between foreground and background colour. This is specifically the case where there are light-coloured texts on light-coloured backgrounds and for certain buttons.
Reasons: the colours employed are specified in our corporate design guidelines. Extensive modification of the visual design of the website will be necessary for complete adjustment of all colour contrasts.
Alternative image captions
In some cases, alternative image captions are missing or these are unnecessarily repeated as text. This is particularly the case for product images and symbols.
Reasons: considerable manual effort is needed for the complete review of all our thousands of product images.
Structure and navigation
Certain areas of the website are not optimally structured for assistive technologies (such as screen readers). This is particularly the case for navigation menus and contents that are not clearly identified.
Reasons: the website has been generated with the help of a content management system that predefines specific technical structures. Extensive technical changes would be necessary to complete a full restructuring of the website.
Forms
Some forms do not have all the necessary labelling required for screen reader users.
Reasons: the forms have been generated on the basis of standard components. Complete revision of all form fields requires technical modification in the shop system.
Third-party content
Some embedded content of third-party providers (such as YouTube videos, social media plug-ins) do not completely conform to accessibility requirements.
Reasons: this content is subject to the control of the third-party providers. We have no direct influence on the accessibility of this content.
We at Flexolan GmbH are working on gradually improving these aspects during our regular website maintenance and development activities.
Technical HTML elements
Certain HTML elements (links without perceptible text, list elements outside lists, lack of language attributes in HTML elements) do not conform to accessibility standards.
Reasons: these technical elements have been generated by the content management system employed. Full system modification is required for complete adjustment.
