Renovating roller shutter casings, saving energy, reducing heating costs and protecting from noise at the same time

After a development time of more than one year, we exclusively provide you a simple, entire and effective kit, which can be quickly and easily mounted on-site into every roller shutter casing  by yourself. With our kit, you realize two objectives at a time:

1. SAVING UP TO 56% ENERGY

Approx. 70% of the energy consumption in private households incures on the heating. In many buildings, it escapes unused through energy-leaks in the building envelope. Two-thirds of the old buildings in Germany have been constructed before 1978- a time, where a Heat Insulation Ordinance didn`t even exist. Energetically, they are urgent in need of rehabilitation and one of their biggest weak spots is the roller shutter casing. Though by appropriate measures, the waist of energy may be contained via the window.

Our Rolaflex offers the opportunity of re-fitting to active measures with a significiant CO2 and energy-savings capacity. By a minimum of complexity, a multiple of energy can be saved - and the best: the mounting may be carried out by yourself - you don`t need a craftsman!

In original condition: 2772 Litres fuel oil and 7484 Kg CO2

 With Rolaflex: 1229 Litres fuel oil and 5318 Kg CO2

2. Protecting from exterior noise

By the mounting in the roller shutter casings, exterior noise is contained additionally by you. In case of high noise pollutions, you may also fix our bitumen board as undercoating in the casing, additionally to our Flexoterm. Please check the corresponding category at the shop to learn more.

• Rolaflex thermal-plate, fleece-laminated 1000x600x10 mm for cutting (larger thickness for more insulation, see other offers, if space is available

What you need too (refer to our other offers):

• One role alufix-tape 100 x 0.4mm, 15m to mask the splicings
• 310ml acoustic adhesive

You may purchase these packages from us in any order, to insulate all roller shutter casings. You will save heating costs in each winter, so that the price for this kit will be amortized soon.The thermal-plates are provided by us in 3 different thicknesses (please see our further offers for more) Available space in your roller shutter casing should be used best entirely from you, to reach the maximum of insulation

In order that you are able to calculate the shipping-costs, we are going to inform you in the following about, how many plates of this type fit maximum in one package. You may order various mixed plates. Also - the shop automatically calculates the appropriate shipping price for you.
